There is no right or wrong reason to come for counselling. Counselling is a time for you! As a humanistic counsellor I provide a non-judgemental, supportive space where the focus is on you. I will meet you as the unique individual that you are and work with you in the way that suits you best, listening to your wants and needs.


Some of the issues that might bring people to therapy include:
  • Anxiety or panic attacks
  • Depression or low mood
  • Feelings of loneliness, or isolation
  • Low self-esteem or low self worth
  • Grieving the loss of a loved one, or illness
  • Looking for support during times of crisis or change
