Sessions are €60 for a 60 minute session, payable on the day. I offer a reduced rate for a limited number of clients (for example students, unemployed, lone parents or those on low income) - should these places be filled a waiting list is available. You are very welcome to get in touch to find out more.

Face to face sessions take place in my private counselling room, in a discreet location on lower Main Street Dingle. Sessions can also take place from the comfort of your own home via phone or video call. All you need is a quiet space where you won't be interrupted, and your phone or laptop.I also see clients in Killarney, through Southwest Counselling Centre. 

What you say in counselling is confidential and stays between us. However there are a few exceptions to this, which I will discuss in our first meeting
